Anxiety Workshops

Join us at one of our community-funded workshops we have available to build your confidence and understanding of anxiety and the coping mechanisms you can use to support the child in your care. As a result, the child in your care will feel more confident in expressing their anxious feelings, and supported by their carers through the coping mechanisms they have learnt.

First Aid for Mental Health (FAMH)

Join us at one of certified First Aid for Mental Health (FAMH) training programmes.

Each certified programme caters to the various levels of awareness, skill and knowledge about mental health; you may like to instil into yourself, individuals you know or your organisation. Each programme has a maximum of 16 spaces and, depending on the programme level: a minimum age requirement of 14 years old.

All of our programmes are certified in association with NUCO Training.

First Aid for Youth Mental Health (FAMH Youth)

Join us as we put youth mental health at the forefront of our discussions in this certified ‘First Aid for Youth Mental Health’ programme.

In association with NUCO Training: this certified programme gives you the space and opportunity to develop your awareness, skills and knowledge of youth mental health. This programme is suited to young persons looking to better understand how to support either their mental health or how to support others. This is also great for individuals and organisations who would like to better support the mental health of the children and young people in their care.

This programme takes one day to complete (6 hours total) with a maximum of 16 spaces and a minimum age requirement of 14 years old.
